- Conference Registration
- Regular Registration: October 21st – November 28th, 2025
- Late Registration: December 1st – 10th, 2025 (a $25 late fee will be added to conference fees)
- Drop Deadline: December 12th
- (no refunds will be given for students not attending the conference after this date. Please email yg@ohioymcas.org with drops)
- Student Applications
- Due November 14th, 2025
- Students should apply if they would like to be considered for a committee chair position, Governor’s Cabinet, Lobbyists, Media, Oversight or Secretary of State program areas.
- Financial Aid Application
- Due November 28th, 2025 (Extended to December 5th, 2025)
- Students should apply here if they are in need of financial aid to attend the State Assembly.

- Let us know how many teams your delegation will be bringing and the names of the students on each team.
- Rooming
- Due December 19th, 2025
- Indicate how you would like your students housed at conference.
- Bill Submission
- Due January 9th, 2026
- Students may submit bills here solo or with 1 co-author (no more than 2 students per bill will be allowed)
- Student Codes of Conduct
- Due January 31st, 2026
- Students and their parents must complete a Jotform Code of Conduct and Release Form. Completion can be verified in your roster.
- Adult Codes of Conduct
- Due January 31st, 2026
- All adults must complete a Jotform Code of Conduct and Release Form. Completion can be verified in your roster.
- Background Check
- Due January 31st, 2026
- All adults (and students who will be 18 at the time of the conference) must complete a background check here. Completion can be verified in your roster.
- An email with the link for your background check has been sent from Praesidium to the email you registered for State Assembly with.
