Volunteer With Us!
YMCA Ohio Youth & Government is always in need of volunteers! Check out the different ways you can volunteer below. Then, fill out our Volunteer Interest Form to let the staff know you are interested and we will reach out to you via phone call or email. You can also follow our social media pages for updates.
So how can you help?
- Donate to the program (Sponsor a Student, Giving Tuesday, donation of items, etc)
- Volunteer at a conference – There are many to choose from with varying time commitments!
- Speak at a conference – Whether you want to be a guest speaker, mentor the Lobbyist program, mentor the Judicial Program, or mentor the Media Program; we welcome your contribution!
- Lesson Plan Development – We always need educators to help us develop tools and resources for our delegations.
- Assist a local delegation – Email yg@ohioymcas.org and we can match you up with a delegation near you or help you get a new delegation started!
- Share our social media posts – Please follow the program’s main Facebook Page, Instagram, or join the Alumni Facebook Group for up to date information and share with your followers!
