  • Student Codes of Conduct
    • Due January 8, 2027
    • Students and their parents must complete a Jotform Code of Conduct and Release Form. Completion can be verified in your roster.
  • Adult Codes of Conduct
    • Due January 8, 2027
    • All adults must complete a Jotform Code of Conduct and Release Form. Completion can be verified in your roster.
  • Adult Background Check
    • Due January 8, 2027
    • All adults must complete a background check here. Completion can be verified in your roster.
  • Payment Deadline
    • Due January 8, 2027
    • Your invoice must be paid by this deadline in order to attend the 2027 State Assembly.
  • Bill Submission Deadline
    • Due January 8, 2027
    • All bills must be submitted by this deadline to be printed in our conference book. Bills will be accepted after this deadline, but delegations must bring copies of the bill.
  • Final Roster Adjustments Due
    • Due January 22, 2027
    • All adjustments to your roster must be submitted by this date. No additions will be accepted after this date.

Delegation Tracker

Check the Delegation Tracker (link sent to you via email) weekly to make sure all the required paperwork has been submitted, that your registration roster is correct, that you bill submission is correct and that your rooming submission is correct. Codes of Conduct and Background Check submissions can be found on your Delegation Roster. If you think something is incorrect or missing, please email yg@ohioymcas.org to have the issue corrected.
